Hardship Scholarships
If you would like to attend but can not afford the cost of the event we will have a limited number of Partial Scholarships available.
Partial Scholarships (50% off) will be available to those who can commit to working up to 4 hours for the event and meet the criteria below.
We will make every effort to allow you time to sit-in on classes and attend the Play Party by rotating the Scholarship Volunteers times and schedules to accommodate everyone.
Partial Scholarships are available for the Event Crew only. You will be required to help with any of the following:

Play Space Set-up and Tear-down:
Help assemble and take apart all of our play space equipment. - Play Space Monitors:
Monitor the Play Space to ensure that safe, sane and consensual play takes place. - Classroom (Facilities) Set-up:
Help is needed to make sure that the proper class set-up and equipment is completed
before each class in a timely manner. - First Aid/Medical Support:
Nurses, EMTs, Doctors, etc. are needed to provide first aid/medical aid to anyone
who may need it. - Registration:
Help our Registration Chair with the registration process and work at the
registration desk. Registration jobs included check-in and reception. - Security:
Provide Security at all Check Points, Play Spaces, Classrooms and other areas of the Space. - Event Support:
Help out with whatever tasks the Committee Chairs may need at the event.
NOTE: Scholarships DO NOT include meals, transportation or lodging.
