Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received by CIPEX no later than 12:00am CST 3/31/12. To be valid, a cancellation must be requested in writing via email to Ms Robin (msrobin_52@msn.com) by the Registrant. Cancellations can not be processed until after the payment has been received and completed. Any refunds will be made via check and mailed within 48 hours of cancellation request.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 3/31/12 AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR REGISTRATIONS PROCESSED AFTER 3/31/12.
